Authorized Access
You authorize the application to access the QuickBooks Online data necessary to perform approved reporting and operational functions. You are responsible for ensuring that any authorization provided is accurate and permitted.

Permitted Use
The integration may only be used for lawful business purposes. You agree not to use the integration in a way that could interfere with service functionality, violate applicable law, or infringe on the rights of others.

No Guarantee of Continuous Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the integration or connected services. Access may be limited, delayed, or interrupted due to maintenance, third-party outages, software issues, or platform changes.

Accuracy of Reports
While we aim to provide useful and accurate reporting, we do not guarantee that all outputs will always be complete, current, or error-free. Users should independently review important financial information before relying on it for accounting, legal, tax, or business decisions.

Third-Party Services
This integration may depend on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Twin AI. Your use of those services may also be governed by their separate agreements and policies.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect connected business data, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own accounts, credentials, and administrative access.

Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the integration at any time, including if required by law, by a third-party platform, or for security or operational reasons.

The integration is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrative Health Solutions / DocBron shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the integration.
