About Chanel
Chanel grew up in North Shore, Massachusetts, and later moved to California to pursue her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Santa Clara University. Her fascination with health, particularly mental well-being, was driven by her personal struggles with anxiety. Throughout her healing journey, she discovered that there is no singular method of healing. Instead, it requires a multifaceted approach that involves evaluating eating habits, examining behaviors, addressing past traumas, and exploring relationships.
Inspired by this realization, Chanel obtained her Nutrition Health Coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. By combining her expertise in mental health and nutrition, she offers a comprehensive array of tools and approaches designed to improve metabolism, reduce stress and anxiety, increase energy, balance cravings, and enhance overall well-being.
Chanel's unique blend of personal experience, professional training, and compassionate guidance makes her an exceptional health coach.
